The new single sourcing method for creating, maintaining and publishing complex information

Over seventy guests attended this years successful seminar, showcasing the latest developments at Author-it, and also some revolutionary developments at Triview.
Paul Trotter, founder and visionary of Author-it, flew in especially from New Zealand to demonstrate the major advantages of ‘Content 360°’. Along with Peter Stroes, founder and CEO of Triview, Paul gave a sneak preview of the latest advances in Author-it functionality, amongst which was the new 'On-line Reviewer Module'.

In addition, Peter Stroes introduced Triview's new 'Partbook Online'. This is the latest software product developed by Triview that enables the generation of electronic parts catalogues very easily, and at very low costs. The application offers the following benefits:

• Independent of CAD-system, vector or pixel format
• Automatic generation of electronic spare parts manuals
• Parts information linked automatically to the parts in the drawing
• Simple process; easy to set up
• Compatible with all modern web browsers; no special viewer needed
• For use offline and online

 

Peter Stroes also demonstrated the latest version of the Triview e-learning module. This module was developed by Triview to enable access to Author-it content from an educational standpoint. It takes users another step closer to the ultimate goal of 'single sourcing' of all user-assistance and training material, which offers significant reduction of costs and improvement of quality.
