On June 9th 2010 Peter Stroes spoke at the NLDITA-conference in the Academiegebouw in Utrecht. In his lecture, titled "DITA, theory òr practice" Peter talked about the implementation of Single Source documentation, localisation and publication processes within organisations from a practical point of view, focussing on gradual implementation instead of the 'Big Bang' approach. He illustrated this with some real life examples, based on the 'DITA & more' system Author-it.

On August 5th the long cherished plans to become the Author-it Authorised Reseller for the UK have started to take shape with the founding of Triview UK Ltd. Our Sales & Marketing Manager André Streefkerk will be in charge of getting this UK-office up and running. Besides representing Author-it CMS, Triview will be offering services and solutions in the area of technical documentation and translations.
The location of the UK office is: 103 Whitehall Road, Colchester, Essex CO2 8HA (see picture below).
Triview has made its 'British debut' at the UA Conference, Cardiff, September 17 & 18, followed by the Technical Communication UK Conference, Notthingham, September 22-24.

Prestigious Project a Success

One of the largest translation projects of the past years has been completed. A translation project executed by Triview Technical Communication for the Royal Netherlands Navy in the framework of the sale of frigates to the Chilean Navy. This is a good moment to look back on this enormous project.
